A Pairing of Meteorites Billions of Years in the Making
1 - Moon & Stars Necklace
Share the beauty of space and time with someone you love!
Moon & Stars pairs lunar dust from the bright highlands of the moon with a dense asteroid forged during the birth of our solar system. Handcrafted here at Mini Museum, this two strand, sterling silver necklace features two specimens: a complete Campo del Cielo meteorite and a Swarovski crystal backed with lunar dust from meteorite NWA 5000.
Our team works very hard to prepare these authentic meteorite specimens. The result is a unique piece of jewelry for each and every person!
MEDIEVAL HEAVY METAL!
2 - Medieval Chain Mail Bracelet
This bracelet features three (3) rings of chain mail from the 15th Century (CE) Medieval Chain Mail Tunic used to craft the Second Edition of the Mini Museum. This period is considered the sunset of chain mail in Europe, as advanced plate armor completely supplanted mail.
Crafted at Mini Museum, the chain mail rings are interspersed with gunmetal-plated, brass rings, and the chain and clasp are made of the same material.
Rock out!
3 - Beatles Brick Cavern Club Vial Necklace
This necklace contains authentic brick material salvaged from the original Cavern Club in Liverpool, England. From 1961 to 1963, the Fab Four played 292 shows in the Cavern Club. This is a great collectible piece for any Beatles fan!
Few venues can be so closely associated with the earliest days of the Beatles as the original Cavern Club in Liverpool, England.
When the original club was demolished in 1973, a selection of bricks was taken and placed at auction. Mini Museum's material comes from one of these 1973 bricks, meaning the sound of the first 1961 Beatles performance passed through the dust in this vial.
4 - Apollo 11 Command Module Pendant
Acquired at auction, this foil in this pendant comes from the personal collection of retired NASA Production Control Engineer William R. Whipkey. Among space collectors, Whipkey is considered the most reliable source for Kapton foil because he oversaw the decommissioning of the Command Modules from multiple missions. He was also responsible for making most of the commemorative displays for astronauts, VIPs, and others who worked on the Apollo Program.
The specimen measures approximately 2mm x 2mm and is enclosed in a glass cabochon set into a sterling silver backing for easy viewing.
Every pendant has been handmade here at Mini Museum by our jewelry crafter and each is a unique work of art.
Rare Lunar Meteorite Material!
5 - Lunar Highlands Pendant Necklace
The Moon has captured the human eye for millennia. It hangs in the night sky as Earth's singular and beautiful natural satellite. Our moon is uncommonly large proportional to our planet, a fact owed to its likely origin as an asteroid. When we look up to it, we can see the light "terra" and dark "mare," both sections of igneous rock.
This necklace features a hand-crafted pendant which contains lunar dust material. It comes from the lunar meteorite NWA 5000 which originated on the light colored highlands of the Moon. The pendant was created based off a LiDAR scan of the Moon's surface, which gives it a unique and scientifically accurate look. We’ve captured the Moon’s craters, valleys, and mountains in all their lunar glory, and put them right on your neck!
A Mini Museum Exclusive
6 - Nebula Fire - Birth of the Solar System Meteorite Jewelry
Before the Sun, the Solar System was a chaotic swirl of dust and ice. 4.5 billion years later, there are planets, moons, and even life. The journey is a long one that has been difficult to understand. The most important clues we have come from stones nearly as old as the Solar System itself.
This jewelry collection is made with glass-topped beads composed of fine-grained dust extracted from the Allende meteorite, which was formed 4,500,000,000 years ago at the birth of our Solar System. They're all Mini Museum exclusives that are crafted right here in our jewelry workshop. Find necklaces, bracelets, and earrings!
Authentic Star Wars Prop Material!
7 - Krayt Dragon Resin Necklace - Star Wars IV
This Krayt Dragon Resin Pendant contains fragments of the film prop skeleton used in Star Wars: A New Hope. The "Krayt Dragon," a long serpentine skeleton seen in the desert of Tatooine, is encountered by C-3PO soon after separating from R2-D2 at the beginning of the film.
After the original filming in Tunisia, the production team left the Krayt Dragon as well as several sets to rot in the desert. Over the decades, the area has become something of an attraction with locals excavating material and selling it to film location tourists. However, while some sets have remained, the dragon was eventually lost to the shifting dunes. As noted, this pendant includes several fragments of the lost Krayt Dragon skeleton prop, which was recovered from the desert before its disappearance.

8 - First Supercomputer Cray-1 Pendant Necklace
The board section in this pendant was originally part of the Cray-1 Supercomputer installed at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Introduced in 1975, the complete Cray-1 weighed 5.5 tons and was capable of 80 million floating-point operations per second.
The pendants are made right here at Mini Museum, with a section of Cray-1 Supercomputer Module Board set into a sterling silver backing. It's a great gift for any techie in your life!
